Return & Refund Policy – Nimbis Fix

At Nimbis Fix, customer satisfaction is important to us.

1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

5. Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
